There are so many layers and components to food trucking and booking a food truck for a specific time and place.
We know and understand everything that goes into it because not only have we booked trucks for our own events and booked trucks on behalf of clients just like you, BUT, we are also food truck owners ourselves!

Owner / Sales Manager
Unlike most food truck organizers, Carlos is an actual Food Truck Owner Operator. He helps AAFT see through the Lens of a Food Truck Partner and ensures that our business decisions are in the best interest of the local food truck industry. Before joining the food truck industry, Carlos was a Retail Store Manager for Nike, Starbucks, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Best Buy. His time in retail helped mold him into a customer service driven, results oriented, food truck professional.
Owner / Operations Manager
Ryan Thomas, AAFT's founder, seized the opportunity to organize food trucks during the COVID Pandemic. Ryan saw a need for food trucks in local communities and worked with local food trucks to launch what is now All About Food Trucks. Ryan comes from a financial manager background. Ryan excels at running day to day logistics and is the heartbeat of AAFT. His people first approach ensures that both clients, and food trucks, are at the center of what we do.
